Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is defective upon delivery.
- The product delivered is different from the item ordered.
- The product has sustained physical damage during transit.
To be eligible for a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
The product must be returned with:
- Original packaging
- All included accessories
- Invoice/GST bill
- Unused condition (except for inspection purposes)
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Customer ordered the wrong product or variant
- Minor packaging wear that does not affect the product
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs
- Products returned without original accessories or packaging
- Requests made after the reporting period specified above
Exchanges
FDIANS.com does not offer product exchanges.
If a return request is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered product, the matter will be resolved through replacement (where available) or refund, at our discretion.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method (like UPI etc) after verification.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on payment providers and banking systems.
Manufacturer Warranty
Products covered by an official manufacturer warranty may be serviced directly through the respective brand's authorized service centers in India.
Issues arising after successful delivery and initial inspection may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty terms rather than this return policy.
